Nurture & Nourish: A Spring Replenish

Sunday, June 7th 2026 | 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | Wolfeboro, NH

Step into spring with Shelley Snodgrass Robinson of Entwined Yoga and Wendy Hills of Roots & Roses. Spend the day moving, creating, and reconnecting as the season shifts.

The day includes gentle yoga, a short walk, journaling, seasonal inspiration, and meaningful connection in a small, welcoming group.

Spring offers a natural reset — a chance to clear out what feels heavy and reconnect with what matters. Join Shelley Snodgrass Robinson of Entwined Yoga and Wendy Hills of Roots & Roses for a full-day retreat designed to support that shift in a simple, approachable way.

We’ll gather from 9am–5pm for a day that blends gentle movement, creativity, good food, and time to slow down. Through yoga, a short walk, journaling, and hands-on activities, you’ll have space to reflect, recharge, and connect — both with yourself and others.

Come as you are. Leave feeling refreshed, clear, and ready for the season ahead.

Spring: A Natural Reset

Come as you are — leave feeling refreshed, clear, and gently reawakened, nourished from the inside out.

We begin the morning with a gentle yoga flow led by Shelley — an accessible practice to wake up the body and settle into the day.

Next, we move into journaling. This is quiet, open time to check in with yourself and put your thoughts on paper — no pressure, just space.

Midday, we gather around food and connection, building seasonal spring salads as we discuss the benefits of the food that you are creating. It’s relaxed, hands-on, and a natural way to share conversation.

In the afternoon, we shift into a creative practice, making simple mandalas inspired by the day. No art experience needed — just a willingness to try something new.

We’ll also step outside for a short walk to get fresh air and take in the season.

To close the day, we return to our mats for restorative yoga — a calm, restful way to wind down before heading home.

Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga – Guided movement to gently awaken the body, release lingering winter heaviness, and create space for renewal. We’ll close with deep restorative rest to calm the nervous system and integrate the day.

Seasonal Spring Foods Workshop – A hands-on, interactive experience centered around fresh, vibrant whole food, plant-based ingredients. Together, we’ll explore how seasonal foods can support energy, lightness, and balance as we transition into spring — including creating and enjoying a beautiful spring-inspired board.

Seasonal WFPB Meals by Roots & Roses – Thoughtfully prepared, nourishing dishes designed to reflect the season — from a refreshing morning tonic to a colorful, abundant midday offering and light afternoon bites that energize and satisfy.

Creative & Reflective Moments – Gentle space for journaling, mandala creation, and quiet reflection. Opportunities to connect inward, spark creativity, and notice what is ready to bloom in this new season.

Come as you are — leave feeling refreshed, clear, and gently reawakened, nourished from the inside out.

About Shelley

Yoga has been a part of Shelley Snodgrass Robinson’s life for many years, but it truly became a lifelong practice in 2011 when she committed to vinyasa classes and discovered how deeply grounding it could be. For Shelley of Entwined Yoga, yoga provides balance, awareness, and a blend of challenge and contemplation that supports her both physically and emotionally.

She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016 through Boston Yoga School, along with additional Yin Yoga and mindfulness trainings. These teachings continue to shape her approach on and off the mat.

As a yoga teacher, Shelley’s intention is to hold space where students can explore balance, move with purpose, and honor their own intentions through both movement and stillness.
